Perezoso

Perezoso is the all-day room in Colectivo Carmelo's Córdoba 104 building, and it is the one you can build an entire day around. It works as a daytime table for coffee and a proper plate, shifts into aperitivo hour with an easy cocktail list, and turns into a full gastrobar once the evening crowd arrives. The name sets the pace: unhurried by design.

The menu is built for sharing, which is the correct way to order — a few plates in the middle of the table, a bottle or a round of cocktails, and no rush toward a main course. The room is airy and green with plenty of natural light, so it never feels like a bar until you want it to. Service is friendly in the way that keeps people ordering one more round.

Its best trick is what sits next to it. Selva's natural wine room and Cometa's dance floor are in the same building, so Perezoso is the natural first stop of a long, well-sequenced Roma Norte night. Arrive for a late lunch or an 18:00 aperitivo for the best seats, and ask the staff what's new on the plate menu that week.
