30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your DiscoverCDMX subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. This applies to your first payment on any paid tier (Verified, Signature, or Partner).

How to request a refund

Otiummedia.com is the seller of record for all purchases on DiscoverCDMX. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at adam@otiummedia.com with the email address you paid with and your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day money-back window, subscriptions remain refundable on a case-by-case basis, including where required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. Use the refund request path above if you also want a refund.

Setup and one-time fees

Setup fees and one-time services (for example content packages) are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee, except where work has already been substantially delivered — in which case a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
