Doña Chela is a small streetside comedor in Santa María la Ribera — the neighborhood most Roma-dwellers still haven't crossed the highway to try. The pollo en sopa is the order (locals will tell you the same thing), the staff move fast without rushing you, and the whole place costs a fraction of anything comparable in Condesa. Perfect stop after a walk through the Kiosco Morisco.
